Service Areas

Davie is home base. With 105,691 residents in the 2020 census, it is the largest town in Florida by population, and it mixes gated subdivisions with horse properties and the campuses of Nova Southeastern University and Broward College. From Davie we serve the rest of Broward County, including Plantation, Sunrise, Fort Lauderdale, Cooper City, Southwest Ranches, Weston, Pembroke Pines, Miramar, Hollywood and Dania Beach. Coastal neighborhoods add salt air, which matters for outdoor coatings and for anything metal on a garage floor. Western communities have more HOAs, larger garages and more ranch outbuildings. Everywhere in the county, the water table is high and the wet season runs May through October, so every job starts with a moisture check.
