Tell us what you want coated (garage, patio, pool deck, barn, workshop, warehouse or another floor), roughly how big it is, how old the concrete is, and what is on it now: bare concrete, paint, an old coating, tile adhesive or pavers. Mention any dark damp spots, white powder on the surface or peeling paint, since those point to moisture. If you live in an HOA community and the area is visible from the street, say so. Photos help.
